How Antioxidants and Healthy Fats Helped Me Cure My Aphantasia: A Personal Journey

Finding ways to cure aphantasia can be a challenging process for those who are living with it. As someone who has aphantasia myself, I understand the frustration of not being able to visualize images in my mind. However, I have recently discovered a new way to help with my aphantasia, and it involves a surprising element: food.
