If you’re isolated at home like most of us still are, and especially if you are unemployed, now might be the perfect time to start practicing your visualization abilities. For those with children, it can be extremely difficult to find time during the day to learn new skills, but before bed, try your visualization exercises for at least ten minutes. If you see anything at all, even a color or a shape, consider it a success!
For those without children who may find themselves bored during the day, you’re lucky! Now is the perfect opportunity to learn to visualize! Take a half an hour, at least, out of your day to practice your visualization technique.
It may be hard to get pork and toilet paper these days, but from my experience, supplements are still readily available in stores and through online delivery. Make sure to stock up on our recommended supplements for visualization and give it a go during quarantine!
